Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, it is so important to us that you are happy with your items. However, due to the nature of our products, requests for returns and exchanges must meet certain criteria to be approved. Our team will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis and either approve or deny your request. All refunds are in our sole and exclusive discretion.

RETURNS

All requests for returns, exchanges, and refunds must be made within 10 days of the pickup/delivery date. You must email us at info@poststudioprojects.com to request an exchange or return. Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in it’s original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange. Once your return is received, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this time we will also notify you if your refund request is approved or denied.

Items that cannot be returned/refunded:
- Products that are personalized or customized with your content
- Items with signs of wear of any kind
- Items that are not in their original packaging
- Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)
- Digital downloads
- Gift Cards

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund. Any item that is shipped back to our studio more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund. In some situations only a partial refund may be granted.

RETURN METHODS

ONLINE SHOP PURCHASES
For eligible items purchased on our website, you can make your return by mail or in person at our studio.

Post-Studio Projects is not responsible for the shipping costs to return your item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In the case of an exchange, we cannot guarantee the time it takes for your replacement to reach you.

If your return is approved, the cost of the item - less the original shipping costs - will be refunded. Your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the credit card used to place the order within 10 days. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your credit card statement again, then contact your credit card company. The processing time before your refund is posted can vary between credit card companies. If you still haven’t received your refund after completing the above steps, contact us at info@poststudioprojects.com.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS
